Mechanic Diesel (मैकेनिक डीजल )

अवधि: एक वर्ष 

प्रावेशिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास (विज्ञान और गणित विषयों के साथ; 10+2 शिक्षण प्रणाली के अंतर्गत)

 

पाठ्यक्रम परिचय :

एक गहन औद्योगिक सर्वेक्षण के उपरांत इस पाठ्यक्रम को इस प्रकार डिज़ाइन किया गया है कि ऑटोमोबाइल के क्षेत्र में कुशल योग्य मानव संसाधन की कमी को पूरी की जा सके |

इसके लिये वैज्ञानिक रूप से डिज़ाइन सर्वेक्षण के अंतर्गत श्रमिक बाजार का विशेष वेब सर्वेक्षण भी किया गया | इसके उपरांत कुशल योग्य श्रमिक तैयार करने के लिये विशेष रूप से पाठ्यक्रम को डिज़ाइन किया गया |

यह कोर्स करने के उपरांत प्रशिक्षु (ट्रेनी) – इन कार्यों को करने में कुशल होंगे |

  • डीजल इंजन , ऑइल इंजन तथा विभिन्न प्रकार के इंजनों की संपूर्ण जाँच , त्रुटि की ख़ोज करना तथा मरम्मत करना ताकि इंजन बेहतरीन रूप से कार्य कर सके | इस कार्य हेतु विभिन्न टूलों व औजारों के प्रयोग में निपुणता हासिल करना |

  • इंजनों को पूर्ण रूप से अथवा अर्ध रूप से खोलना , इसके क्षतिग्रस्त हिस्से को परखना , उसकी मरम्मत करना अथवा बदलने की निपुणता हासिल करना |

  • सटीक परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिये वाल्व को बदलना , विभिन्न हिस्सों को पुनः जोड़ना तथा अन्य कार्यों की बखूबी निरिक्षण करना |

  • असेम्बल की गई इंजन को पुनः अपने स्थान पर स्थापित करना , टूलों से अथवा पहिये से जोड़ना , संचालन शक्ति से जोड़ना |

  • इंजन को स्टार्ट करना, उसकी तान मिलाना, विभिन्न मोटरों से रीडिंग लेना तथा उचित कार्य क्षमता तक ले जाना | तापमान रीडिंग , फ्यूल रीडिंग , ऑइल रीडिंग , प्रेशर (दबाव) रीडिंग इत्यादि की जाँच में दक्षता हासिल करना |

  • समय समय पर इंजनों की जाँच करना , समायोजित करना , इसकी चिकनाई ( लुब्रीकेशन ) को बनाये रखना तथा अन्य जाँच करना ताकि इंजन अच्छी तरह से कार्य करता रहे |

  • टंकण की प्रक्रिया (सोल्डरिंग / ब्रेज़िंग ) में कुशलता हासिल करना | डीजल फ्यूल पंप या इंजेक्टर की सर्विसिंग करना |

  • विभिन्न गेजों , माइक्रोमीटरों तथा अन्य सटीक उपकरणों की मदद से महत्वपूर्ण पुर्जों का माप लेना जैसे की सिलिंडर बोर पिस्टन , क्रैक पिन , इत्यादि | वाल्व सीट को री – बोर करना इत्यादि में निपुणता हासिल करना |

  • ऑटो डीजल इंजन मैकेनिक का कार्य | डीजल इंजन सर्विस तकनीशियन का कार्य |

  • असेंबली शॉप या टेस्ट शॉप (Assembly Shop or Test Shop) में निर्माण से सम्बंधित - ऑटो फिटर का कार्य |

  • ऑटो मैन्युफैक्चरिंग इंडस्ट्री में मैकेनिक का कार्य |

  • डीलर सर्विस मैकेनिक का कार्य |

  • ड्राईवर / व्हीकल ऑपरेटर का कार्य |

  • स्पेयर पार्ट्स सेल्स असिस्टेंट / मैन्युफैक्चरर रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव | लेबोरेटरी असिस्टेंट का कार्य |

भावी शिक्षण के मार्ग –

  • सम्बंधित ट्रेड में अपरेंटिस ट्रेनिंग – जो कि किसी सम्मानित इंडस्ट्री / फैक्ट्री में ली जा सकती है |

  • क्राफ्ट  इंस्ट्रक्टर सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स |

  • लाइसेंस सर्टिफिकेट – प्राप्त करने हेतु |

  • इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा – लैट्रल एंट्री स्कीम के अंतर्गत ली जा सकती है |

  • CITS कोर्स में नामांकन ली जा सकती है, (Craft Instructor Training Scheme )

 

कार्य अवधि :

 हर हफ्ते, प्रशिक्षु को 42 घंटों का प्रशिक्षणलेना अनिवार्य है जिसमें :-

  1. सैद्धांतिक निर्देश के 10 घंटे निर्धारित हैं|

  2. व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण के 28 घंटे निर्धारित हैं |

    1. जिसमें ट्रेड सिद्धांत के लिए 4 घंटे हैं

    2. कार्यशाला गणना / WCS के लिए 2 घंटे हैं

    3. इंजीनियरिंग ड्राइंग के लिए 2 घंटे हैं

    4. एम्प्लोयेबिलिटी स्किल्स के लिए 2 घंटे हैं

    5. और लाइब्रेरी अध्ययन और शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण सहित अतिरिक्त पाठ्यचर्या गतिविधियों के लिए 4 घंटे हैं ।

 

प्रशिक्षुओं के लिए न्यूनतम अनिवार्य उपस्थिति: -

अखिल भारतीय व्यावसायिक परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने के लिए न्यूनतम 80% उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है|

हर साल, जुलाई और फरवरी के महीनों में, एनसीवीटी अखिल भारतीय व्यावसायिक परीक्षा आयोजित करता है और टेस्ट में सफल प्रशिक्षुओं को राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक प्रमाण पत्र (एनटीसी) से सम्मानित किया जाता है। देश के साथ-साथ विदेशों में रोजगार के लिए भी यह प्रमाण पत्र बहुत उपयोगी हैं।

 

परीक्षा –

1. हर तीन माह पर आतंरिक परीक्षाएँ संचालित होंगी तथा रिपोर्ट कार्ड अभिवावक के पास डाक से भेजी जाएगी |

 

2. वार्षिक परीक्षा - AITT (NCVT) / (DGET) द्वारा संचालित की जाएगी व परीक्षा फल प्रकाशित की जाएगी | परीक्षाफल प्रकाशन के उपरांत परीक्षार्थी अपना रिजल्ट NCVT के वेबसाइट पर देख सकते हैं |
